All orders are packed and shipped from Switzerland.
We offer shipping with DHL. Please be advised that any additional fees for shipping abroad will be the responsibility of the buyer (brokerage fees, customs duties, and any other charges).
PROCESSING TIMES
Most orders will ship within 1-2 business days of purchase. Processing times are subject to delay during new launches or holidays.

RETURNS POLICY
WHEN CAN YOU RETURN AN ITEM?
- You have chosen the wrong size.
- The product is not as expected.
- You received the order in poor condition.
- In all cases, returned products must be in perfect condition and show no obvious signs of use, otherwise the return will not be processed. It is your responsibility to provide adequate packaging to ensure that the goods arrive at REBECCA JEWELLERY in perfect condition.
- Shipping costs will not be refunded.
HOW DO I RETURN THE GOODS?
You can send the items with the courier company of your choice to the following address: Rebecca Ristov, Rebecca Jewellery GmbH, Lindenhof 11, 8854 Siebnen. Please send us your name, order number and telephone number or email, in order to make the payment.
*REBECCA JEWELLERY will not be responsible for any loss of the package during delivery. It will be the customer's responsibility to ensure that the package arrives at our facilities in perfect condition.
WHAT ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED AND WITHIN WHAT PERIOD OF TIME?
All products can be returned except earrings and piercings for hygiene reasons, except for incidents or defective orders.
The return period is 30 calendar days.
HOW AND WHEN IS THE REFUND MADE?
The refund is made by the same method of payment with which the order was placed.
It can take up to 14 working days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your bank account.
EXCHANGE POLICY
To exchange a product, please follow the following steps:
1. Request the return on our Instagram within a period not exceeding 7 working days from the date of receipt of the product.
2. The article must be received by REBECCA JEWELLERY within a maximum period of 15 working days.
3. The customer shall be responsible for the cost of shipping.
All parts must be returned in their original packaging and with any accompanying accessories.
REBECCA JEWELLERY recommends that the item is sent by courier or registered mail and that the proof of delivery is kept.
